Unitile Flooring is designed to be pretreated on an automated pre-treatment line and further it is coated with electrostatically deposited epoxy resin paint 60 - 80 micron thick on all the exposed sides of the panel. Unitile Flooring offers a unitile false flooring system which is all steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan of 64 hemispherical cones and a top plain sheet fuse-welded at 144 locations to form a panel. It is injected with a lightweight, fire retardant, non combustible cementitious compound at high pressure to ensure support of the top surface area of the panel.
